• Custom-made or altered items are non-refundable.

• Worn, used or damaged products cannot be returned.

• Original shipping fees and customs charges are non-refundable.

• Return requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp before sending the item back.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
